To Cry For Grace is unique in that 100% of our team on Idjwi is native Congolese, and they are our only paid employees. All of them have a level of education and/or skill set that would allow them to work in a larger city in positions of more prestige in the world's eyes. However, each of them have felt called to serve on our team with the common goal of alleviating suffering and sharing the love of God in a truly tangible way.
